3. Provide extra vocabulary help and practice with every lesson.

    Mark relevant sites in Favorites on your classroom computer, and demonstrate to students how and when they can work with  sites that might help them. You might want to make a folder within Favorites with the student's name so he/she can find the resources easily.

Provide materials in a variety of media.

Just because you have said it does not mean the students will “get” it. Give them the same information in writing, in textual references, and in visuals, if possible.

Provide written summaries and outlines of what you have covered in class, so students can review and prepare for tests.
